Key Responsibilities
Audit existing materials and processes to identify documentation gaps
Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to gather and validate information
Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in technical writing, instructional design, or process documentation
Ability to lead documentation efforts independently and navigate ambiguity
Experience with ServiceNow and MS Office tools
Familiarity with Skan AI or similar process intelligence tools is a plus
Background in technical L&D or enterprise documentation preferred
