New Business US Key Account Manager Food Retail

Job Description

Tempo is seeking a innovative Key Account Manager to join our Team. The candidate will be responsible for growing our new account relationships from the scratch.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years experience with Corporate contacts from major retailers, such as Walmart, Target, DG, Dollar Tree, Costco, CVS, Walgreens etc.. The candidate should have an excellent track record for successfully introducing, acquiring and managing multiple new key accounts. In that role Tempo can offer Private Label (preferably) and branded opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build new account relationships with top retail accounts ( Walmart, Target, DG, Dollar Tree, Costco, CVS, Walgreens, HEB, KROGER (any new customer is welcome) etc.)
• Achieve sales targets within the assigned time line
• Think like an owner and manage the assigned territory and P&L
• Monitors competitor activity in each account and built according strategies
• Help to achieve Company strategic objectives, including, achieving budgeted sales, and performing administrative duties, for example, timely submission of customer tenders
• Liaise with suppliers to collect detailed product information, including specifications, images, and samples - new suppliers are also welcome
• Completion of detailed sales documents, including pricing forms
