Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding service to customers via phone, email, and chat
Act as an advocate for customers, identifying and resolving issues effectively
Place orders and answer questions about products and services
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer service environment is preferred
Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends
Ability to work from home in a quiet, dedicated space
