Payroll Specialist

Our client is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their team

Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist :

  • Process payroll for employees on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Communicate with staff on pay inquires to resolve issues and process adjustments as needed.
  • Assist in all payroll and other financial audits.
  • Provide clerical support to Finance Department during non-payroll week.
  • Special projects and responsibilities as assigned.

    • Preferred Qualifications of the Payroll specialist

  • 5+ years of Payroll / Bookkeeping experience
  • Experience with Munis system
  • Basic Microsoft excel skills
  • Strong communication skills!

    • Target Compensation : $28-$38 / hr
