  • We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative for a role in Greenfield, WI. This role is essential in delivering exceptional support to patients and clients, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through order fulfillment.

    • Key Responsibilities :
    • Respond to incoming calls with professionalism and empathy, providing timely and effective support.
    • Accurately process and follow up on customer orders, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail.
    • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records within internal systems.
    • Collaborate with patients, clients, and internal teams to resolve inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
    • Work closely with fellow team members to foster a supportive and productive customer service environment.
    • Dispense medical equipment and soft goods billed to insurance, including walkers, bath safety items, mobility aids, and orthopedic supports.
    • Perform accurate data entry of patient information into relevant systems.
    • Unpack and organize incoming shipments to maintain inventory readiness.

    • Previous experience in customer service or administrative support

    • Dependable and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
    • Healthcare or medical equipment experience is a plus, but not required
    • Pay and Benefits
    • The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00 / hr.
