Manager, Specialty Operations (ACA)

A company is looking for a Manager, Specialty Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage ACA operational teams responsible for compliance reporting and form processing

Monitor team performance and deliverables to ensure timely and accurate completion of work

Serve as the primary escalation point for client service delivery concerns and provide operational performance reports to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a people leader with a minimum of 5 direct reports

Experience in ACA compliance, Technology, Health & Welfare Benefits, Human Resources, or Healthcare preferred

Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) required, or equivalent relevant work experience

Strong relationship management and project management expertise

Adaptable and able to manage changing priorities effectively
