Overview

The Banquet Server is responsible for providing excellent service to patrons by serving food and beverages in a friendly and professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting guests warmly and ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Taking orders accurately and delivering food and drinks promptly.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the service area.
  • Assisting with setup and cleanup of banquet events.
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any special requests or concerns.
