Job Responsibilities :

• Process payments, invoices, and vouchers in accordance with established procedures.
• Check documents for completeness, accuracy, and obvious errors.
• Add appropriate standard coding and attachments to processed documents.
• Compile simple summaries and reports related to documents processed.
• Extract and locate information from files and records as needed.
• Perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) either manually or using a calculator.
• Assist more senior clerks with tasks under close supervision.
• Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity in document processing.
