We hire people with exceptional talent and create an environment in which every individual can thrive professionally and personally.
Who you'll work with
Vector is Bain's global team of technologists, designers, engineers, and data scientists. We work at the intersection of business strategy and technology to deliver human-centered, data-powered solutions that drive real impact for our clients.
You'll join the Talent Strategy & Operations team within Vector, working closely with senior leadership, project sponsors, and cross-functional teams across the globe. This role interfaces regularly with leadership and will be a linchpin in driving operational clarity and prioritization for Vector's most strategic talent initiatives.
You'll help design the firm's talent deployment models, and lead our process for managing the large and growing demand from within Bain for expert talent to support capability development across the firm. You will oversee a consistent and transparent pipeline of active strategic investments across the firm, monitor performance across our investments, and ensure our resources are going to the highest ROI projects—all while resolving conflicts and tradeoffs in real time.
