DESCRIPTION

We're looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior GTM Operations & Strategy Manager to partner with the GTM team (Pre-Sale, Post Sale) as well as Finance, Product and Customer Support, to design, optimize, and execute our go-to-market engine. This role blends operational excellence with strategic data driven thinking to ensure our teams are aligned, productive, and hitting revenue targets.

You will own key GTM initiatives — from capacity planning to process design, Quota and incentive design as well as leading the forecast approach ensuring decisions are based on data and grounded in scalable best practices.

This role reports directly to the VP Revenue Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Insights

• Identify, define and structure metric and data inputs that will help drive revenue generation in pre-sale as well as post sale
• Review, analyze and challenge data collected regarding the GTM operations, you raise and explore hypothesis to optimize GTM productivity
• Work closely with the data team to provide insights to GTM leaders.
• Analyze unit economics associated with existing segmentation to identify potential optimization to market segmentation.
