Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies for user lifecycle to enhance revenue metrics
Lead the Lifecycle Marketing team and integrate AI into lifecycle programs
Build frameworks and processes to scale lifecycle programs across products and audiences
Required Qualifications
8+ years of marketing experience, with 4+ years in Lifecycle / CRM / Growth Marketing
3+ years of people management experience
Experience with marketing automation / CRM systems
Proficient in multi-channel engagement strategies, particularly with AI / ML models
Familiarity with marketing platforms and basic knowledge of HTML / CSS, SQL
