Automation Engineer

Location : Plano, TX (Hybrid 3 days onsite)

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in testing and automation. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing complex testing projects and developing comprehensive test strategies for websites and web applications.

Role Description

• Minimum of 10 years of testing experience, including at least 3 years in managing complex testing projects.
• Proven experience in creating test strategies, writing test plans and test cases, conducting manual tests, and using automation tools.
• Ability to comprehend the full scope of web applications or websites to develop applicable and comprehensive testing procedures.
• Experience with Agile methodology and using DevOps practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in implementing workflow standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ability to define project expectations and timelines for deliverables to team members.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium, QTP, or others is preferred.
• Experience with various devices including iPhone, iPad, and Android is preferred.
• Familiarity with defect tracking systems such as JIRA or Client ALM is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and coding is preferred.
