Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and emails from customers or technicians 24 / 7 / 365
Gather details related to customer inquiries and identify appropriate actions
Enter service call details into the appropriate application and manage service call priorities
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma Required
1+ years of customer service experience
Basic PC skills required, including experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to work in a high call volume environment
Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
