Test-drive vehicles and test components using diagnostic tools. Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems. Communicate with the Service Advisor about additional service needed. Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. Previous experience at an automotive dealership Strong understanding of the service drive High school diploma or equivalent Dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination Mechanical and troubleshooting skills Excellent customer service skills Basic computer competencies Positive attitude and customer service mentality Ability to learn new technology and procedures Valid driver's license and clean driving record
