Are you an experienced restoration professional with a passion for leadership, organization, and helping people recover from disaster? Concraft, a leading restoration company in Auburn Hills, MI, is seeking a Contents Manager to lead and oversee the personal property side of our property restoration projects.
In this role, you’ll manage the full contents restoration process — from pack-out to cleaning to return — for both residential and commercial clients. You'll be the key player between our team and the customer, ensuring every project runs smoothly, efficiently, and with exceptional customer service.
Benefits Included for Full-Time Managers :
- $60,000-$90,000 depending on experience, skill level, and certifications

Compensation :
$60,000 - $90,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
You'll oversee quality control and routinely inspect the work being done, guiding as needed with your industry know-how, keeping safety as a top priorityProduce written proposals, cost estimates, budgets, and updates for clients and material interested partiesManage and coordinate the restoration and replacement of contents for clients in the wake of a disasterManage a team of technicians to provide top-notch restoration serviceYou’ll oversee facilitating regular training (twice a week) for the staff to keep current on all processesWork closely with the Director of Mitigation and Specialty Services to ensure a smooth process for clients and customersEnsure attention to detail when packing and cleaning personal propertyCommunicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholdersQualifications :
Stellar communication, project management, and time management skills are crucialRequires critical thinking, analytical skills, and very strong math skills5+ years of experience in the restoration industry, including 3+ years as a Project ManagerXactimate experience is a plusStrong knowledge in Dash, Encircle, ContentsTrack, and Xactimate is preferredStrong computer skills in OutlookValid driver's license with a satisfactory driving recordPossess IICRC certification as FSRT, OCT, UFT, and / or CPTHigh attention to detail and ability to multitask across multiple projectsFollow Our Core Values
