Site Supervisor - Rollercoaster Construction

ROLE OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Director, Special Projects and Services we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the on-site construction and installation of rollercoasters and other large-scale amusement rides. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in construction management, hands-on experience with crane operations, and a proven ability to lead teams safely and efficiently in complex build environments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise daily construction activities at the project site, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate and direct site crews, subcontractors, and equipment operators during ride assembly and installation.
• Oversee crane operations for heavy lifts, ensuring all rigging, lifting, and safety protocols are strictly followed.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and client representatives to communicate progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project specifications.
• Enforce compliance with company safety policies, local building codes, and occupational health and safety regulations.
• Maintain detailed site documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and incident records.
• Identify and proactively address potential risks, delays, or hazards on the job site.
• Mentor and support crew members to maintain a safe, productive, and collaborative work environment.
