Germfree is seeking an experienced Executive Project Manager to lead the successful execution of a first-of-its-kind, greenfield Advanced Therapy Medicinal Product (ATMP) facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This large-scale program (>

$100MM USD) is the first commercial-ready ATMP facility delivered through a single-supplier model in the MENA region. The Executive Project Manager will lead all aspects of the project from initial concept design through operational readiness, with responsibility for technical oversight, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and commercial performance.

This is a high-visibility leadership role reporting directly to Germfrees executive team and interfacing regularly with client stakeholders and international partners.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Serve as overall project lead, responsible for delivering a greenfield CGMP ATMP facility from concept through operational readiness.
• Lead a matrixed team of project managers, each responsible for a major work stream.
• Provide weekly reporting, including progress updates, earned value tracking, and risk mitigation summaries across all project streams.
• Host monthly executive reviews for both Germfree and client leadership teams.
• Develop, maintain, and manage the master project schedule; ensure updates accurately reflect project status.
• Maintain the project risk register and implement strategies to proactively manage or eliminate project risks.
• Manage overall project scope to ensure profitability and equitable delivery for Germfree and the client.
• Interface with the client executive team to ensure alignment of vision, deliverables, and expectations.
• Participate in international client meetings in support of Germfrees commercial and strategic goals.
• Oversee and coordinate design, construction, CQV, and regulatory consultants and contractors.
• Ensure seamless collaboration with the design / build contractor and manage adherence to project milestones.
• Lead interface with commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) contractors to ensure CGMP-compliant startup.
• Guide project activities in compliance with international CGMP standards and regulatory expectations.
• Other reasonably related duties.
