Key Responsibilities
Oversee all HR functions , including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks .
Manage benefits administration, employee engagement, and HR strategies .
Support employee development, training, and succession planning initiatives .
Serve as a trusted advisor to management and staff on HR matters.
Lead efforts to maintain and enhance company culture and morale .
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations .
Required Qualifications
8+ years of HR experience , preferably in trucking, logistics, or transportation.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management .
Proven ability to enhance employee morale and implement effective HR programs .
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills .
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual (English / Spanish) communication skills.
Experience with employee engagement programs and HR department development .
