Overview

LMI is seeking a Communications Specialist to support a Department of Defense client as they execute business transformation activities. Candidates must be able to pass background checks and / or obtain a security clearance if needed.

Responsibilities

Work with the Senior Communications Consultant to brainstorm, craft, and organize communication products and plans.

• Assist in the development of products that include, but are not limited to FAQs, articles, blogs, newsletters, executive summaries, briefings, social media campaigns, digital or graphic visual storytelling, copyediting, drafting video scripts, communication plans or projects, content strategy, brochures, writing talking points / key messages, etc.
• Ensure communications products meet high quality standards while ensuring all required deliverables are submitted on time.
• Develop multimedia content for use on web sites / SharePoint, videos, graphics, animations, podcasts, etc.
• Create engaging and informative content for various digital platforms.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather content requirements and ensure consistency in messaging.
• Collect qualitative and quantitative data to measure results to assess and adjust communication for effectiveness. Ensure adherence to technical specifications and brand guidelines.

The target salary range for this position is- $55,980.88 - $95,515.33
