LATAM Regional Vice President

The Regional Vice President is responsible for planning, directing, controlling, coordinating, and evaluating activities of assigned facilities for warehousing, distribution, inventory management, employee relations, and customer relations.

Job Duties :

• Formulates, communicates and administers long range goals and objectives
• Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine region progress toward stated goals and objectives
• Accepts responsibility for the profitability of the assigned account(s) through accurate and timely preparation of financial budgets and forecasts
• Confers with various personnel to review achievements and discuss required changes in goals or objectives resulting from current status and conditions
• Manages customer account relationships to deliver overall customer satisfaction
• Assists the business development group in securing business with new customers or additional business with existing customers
• Manages operations management personnel by interviewing, hiring, training, directing, assigning work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining, addressing complaints and resolving problems
• Provides overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of region
• Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
• Other duties as required and assigned
