Main focus is improving the Quality and Prcoss Controll in day to day manufacturing

Hands on Utilization and understanding of various problem solving tools

Advanced Product Quality Planning

Customer / Vendor contact

8D problem solving methodology

Continuous improvement plans

All candidates

MUST

have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

• Please DO NOT APPLY unless you hold a BS in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum of 3+ years of progressive Manufacturing / Process Engineering
• A strong background with SMT Through-hole (THT) Insertion, Paste printing, Wave Soldering, Hand soldering, Assembly, IPC standards, and Statistical techniques.

Knowledgeable regarding

TQM

SPC Continuous Improvement Process Control Cellular Flow JIT 5S , and Cycle Time Reduction
