Employment Application for Marketing Manager The Marketing Manager will oversee, coordinate, and participate in the development of marketing strategies, policies, programs, and campaigns for the organization.
Supervisory Responsibilities : Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains supervisory and management staff in the department.
Oversees the daily workflow of the department, including on-premise staff, remote teams, and contract marketing staff.
Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Duties / Responsibilities : Directs and implements the organization's advertising and promotional activities for in-store and online marketing initiatives.
Analyzes target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches, customers, and demand for products.
Partners with Procurement and eCommerce leaders in conducting market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of products.
Identifies new market segments that will benefit from company products.
Prepares effective advertising campaigns based on market research.
Maintains knowledge of trends and services for marketing.
Collaborates with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization.
Forecasts, drafts, implements, and oversees the department's operating budget.
Composes, develops, evaluates, and conducts training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies.
Negotiates contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum of three years of experience supervising a team in a marketing or business environment.
Formal management training or extensive leadership experience in managing people and processes.
Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
Experience in setting and achieving KPIs, managing budgets, and optimizing marketing strategies for measurable results.
