Load material in the machine and operate according to order specifications. Inspect parts, as well as, raw materials before, during, and after production runs. Maintain a clean and orderly work area Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment as needed. Operate Tow Motor (must have valid driver’s license) Operate overhead crane Required : Read and understand blueprints. Become Tow Motor certified though IGS – must hold a valid driver’s license. Strong attention to detail and mechanical / technical aptitude. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work safely with tools and equipment. We will train for the position. Basic math skills required Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Must be 18 years of age or older Dependability & accountability Organization & safety focus Attention to detail Mechanical / technical aptitude Wage based on experience for all positions. Schedule : Monday – Thursday, 3 : 00 PM – 1 : 00 AM (No Rotating Shifts!)
Wage : The posted wage for this position includes a $5.00 afternoon shift differential.

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Waterjet Operator to join our team. This position is perfect for candidates with hands-on experience who enjoy working in a dynamic, manufacturing environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our parts meet strict quality standards. The primary purpose of this position is to operate the waterjet machinery and ensure customer parts are produced per order specifications.
