Are you organized, solutions-focused, and experienced in construction or field services? Join our growing team as a Construction Field Service Coordinator and play a key role in supporting service operations across the Americas.

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Coordinate day-to-day service operations : scheduling, logistics, invoicing, and documentation
• Create estimates, quotes, and technical proposals for small service jobs
• Communicate with customers, Field Service Technicians, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Track and manage short-term projects from start to finish
• Support Outside Sales and Market Development Managers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records in Navpoint and ensure project data is up to date
