Job Description

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth within the Target account. Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to ensure strong client partnerships. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for business expansion. Collaborate with internal teams to align on product offerings and promotional strategies. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction. Lead and mentor a team to achieve collective sales targets and personal development goals. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
