About The Team

Workday VNDLY is a cloud-based vendor management SaaS platform designed for procurement executives, talent acquisition teams, suppliers and managed service providers to collaborate on the corporation's contingent workforce needs. The Workday VNDLY Technical Services team is responsible for the technical implementation of the platform, along with supporting integrations, to help our customers streamline the talent sourcing and acquisition process across a variety of sources including staffing agencies, job boards, and freelance management systems. About The Role

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in integrating Workday VNDLY with various external applications, including Workday, to support and enhance our customers' contingent labor programs. This role involves leading complex technical workstreams, designing and implementing solutions that align with customer requirements, and ensuring seamless data synchronization across systems. You will work closely within cross-discipline deployment teams to gather customer requirements and implement creative solutions. This position requires the flexibility to support our global customer base. A key responsibility will be supporting clients in Australia, which will necessitate adjusting your work schedule as needed to align with their business hours. Applicants MUST be based in the Pacific Time Zone but will be permitted to work remotely. This position offers the opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and consulting skills to significantly impact how our customers manage and optimize their contingent workforce through our next-generation VMS.

About You

Basic Qualifications

• MUST BE AVAILABLE to work 11 : 00 AM to 8 : 00 PM PST to provide adequate coverage for the Australian time zone
• 5+ years of implementation experience with Workday or VMS software applications
• 5+ years of client facing experience in a technical consulting, requirements gathering, and solution design capacity

Pay Transparency

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission / bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range : $122,800 USD - $184,200 USD

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range : $111,100 USD - $197,300 USD
