Position Summary
We're seeking an Account Coordinator to join our dynamic Sales team. This is a full-time position responsible for managing and nurturing Sephora partnerships in the Dallas territory, typically 10-12 doors with an average volume of $600,000- $1,000,000.
The ideal candidate must have a strong retail sales background (skincare preferred) with a passion for education and sales in a retail environment. This person must be driven by achieving sales, planning / executing events and delivering education to impact sell through. The Account Coordinator must work collaboratively with Sephora partners, building relationships and adhering to all needs of the business.
This position requires work on weekends, evenings, and some holidays, and may require domestic travel. The compensation range is $65,000 - $70,000 annually.
