About the Role : We are seeking a Director of Portfolio Marketing , a senior leader responsible for defining, systematizing, and championing a portfolio-first approach to how CoreWeave organizes, names, and communicates its offerings. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, product marketing, and business growth , ensuring that our expanding platform of cloud and AI services is not only understood, but also compellingly differentiated in the market.

Naming

• Develop and document the naming architecture - a system of naming hierarchy and logic, based on our portfolio
• Develop and iterate naming strategy for each launch, based on our portfolio
• Create and generate high-impact, strong-judgment names
• Develop and manage the naming process and mechanism
• Build frameworks that accommodate new acquisitions and portfolio expansion over time

Basic Qualifications

Preferred but not required :

The base salary range for this role is $135,000 to $198,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
