Experience : At least 1 year in a restaurant, retail, or customer service role (6+ months of supervisory experience preferred). Leadership Skills : Ability to multitask, motivate your team, and resolve customer concerns with professionalism. Physical Stamina : Be prepared for a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Flexibility : Availability to work various shifts, including weekends, and reliable transportation to travel to different locations as needed. Certification : Willingness to complete ServSafe certification during training.
