This position involves managing and oversight of revisiting customer inquiries, managing sales events and trade shows, locally. Assisting with social media and company's marketing and growth.

Base hourly salary, with possible spiffs for exceeding goals depending on experience and success. Bonus opportunity for success setting appointments.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Interacting by phone with the customers to create brand awareness and attempt to schedule appointments for services.
• Requesting information, making appointments, collecting information or conducting follow-up.
• Communicating with private individuals or businesses by phone for various purposes.
• Presenting a brief script to schedule appointment.
• Describing products and services, responding to questions, and obtaining customer information.
• Obtaining possible customer leads and conducting follow up on first point of contact.
• Entering data and maintaining database of existing customers or potential customers.
• Maintaining records of telephonic communications, interactions, accounts and status of potential clientele.
• Taking proper care that the outbound calls do not disturb, annoy, or offend people enrolled in do-not-call lists.
