Project Manager - Electrical
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and lead electrical construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring project delivery on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards. The Project Manager will coordinate with various stakeholders, manage resources, and implement project management best practices to achieve successful outcomes in the commercial sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as needed.
- Conduct project meetings to facilitate team communication and address any concerns or challenges.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager in the electrical construction industry.Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong attention to detail.Familiarity with commercial construction processes and regulations.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
