Key Responsibilities
Serve as an advisor in employee relations and engagement
Lead full-cycle recruitment and manage recruitment-related projects

Required Qualifications
Advanced Portuguese and fluency in English
2+ years of experience in HR roles, focusing on employee relations and branding
Experience with HRIS and handling sensitive information
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms
Must have a personal notebook (Mac or Windows) and a mobile device (iOS or Android)
