We are looking for a motivated Dentist to join our thriving Dental practice full time in Houston TX. Ideally, the incoming Dentist can perform general dentistry, have pediatric experience, and likes to work with the pediatric population. Preferably the incoming dentist has 3-5 years of experience and is already credentialled with Medi in TX (TMHP / DentaQuest, MCNA, UHC & CHIP plans).

General Dentistry with a focus on the pediatric population

Develop relationships with Kids / parents, effectively communicating treatment plans to English speaking parents or having the DA translate for them for Spanish speaking parents

Diagnosis tooth pathology and present treatment options

Perform general dentistry (mainly pediatrics and potentially adults)- SSC, basic fillings, pulpotomy, basic extractions, space maintainers, prophylaxis with a cavitron

3-5 years Pediatric dental experience preferred, and likes to work with the pediatric population

Bonus compensation potential

~$5k signing bonus with total of $25k as a retention bonus over 2 years
