The Facility Services Assistant role is an in-office position based at our Irvine office, ideal for candidates within a commutable distance. This full-time, Non-exempt role offers a pay range of $20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Please note that this position is not open to candidates requiring visa sponsorship.

What You'll Be Doing as a Facility Services Assistant :

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including trash removal, desk cleaning, sanitizing surfaces, and maintaining common areas (breakrooms, meeting rooms, restrooms).
• Clean and maintain windows, doors, glass surfaces, and office appliances.
• Restock and organize kitchen and office supplies, including beverages, snacks, and utensils.
• Assist with furniture assembly, workstation moves, paint touch-ups, and office expansion or relocation projects.
• Respond to minor maintenance requests and report larger maintenance or plumbing issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate inventory and asset records, ensuring supplies and equipment are available and organized.
• Follow all health, safety, and company policies while performing duties.
• Perform duties and responsibilities as assigned.
