Overview : ?This position is for a Salesforce solutions architect to take on the role of Senior Implementation Manager who will oversee the Implementation Specialists team. They will serve in a player / coach compacity where they will both manage the team and the architecture of multiple customized instances of Salesforce with a Practifi overlay. The candidate will be part of the Technology Network Services group in St. Petersburg, FL, working directly with the SVP to ensure quality customization and administration work on the Dynasty CRM Platform. A successful candidate must be able to work and communicate effectively with Client Success Managers and Support Desk teammates, in addition to being adept at collaborating with 3rd-party technology vendors.
Responsibilities :
Leadership and Management :
- Supervise and mentor the Junior Implementation Specialist, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage work between multiple resources for weekly sprints, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of team members.
- Oversee complex system conversion projects and new integration implementation ensuring timely and accurate completion / delivery.
- Coordinate with 3rd-party developers, dividing project effort between internal and external resources, and managing project timeframes and budget.
Technical Expertise :
Daily customization of multiple instances of Salesforce with a Practifi overlay, balancing tactical and strategic project workload.Create and manage complex workflows utilizing mainly declarative tools in Salesforce.Develop and deploy customized reports and dashboards to CSM specifications.Setup integrations to other platforms.Export, transform, and import data between systems.Ensure all technical deliverables are comprehensive and align to the scope of the projectManage a QA process for all work done by the Implementation Specialists Team.Craft work item descriptions and document changes to instances.Keep abreast of Salesforce releases and new features and provide recommendations for new features to incorporate into the system.Collaboration and Communication :
Work and communicate successfully with Client Success Managers and Support Desk teammates.Collaborate with 3rd-party technology vendors to ensure seamless integration and project execution.Track and estimate resources spent on projects, providing regular updates to stakeholders.Strategic Planning :

5+ years of Salesforce administrator experience.3+ years of Salesforce solutions architect experience.1+ years of managerial experience.Ability to translate business requirements into technical implementation work in Salesforce platform.Experience as an administrator or developer within a Practifi (or other financial services ISV Salesforce platform partners) environment.Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.Knowledge of Salesforce custom objects, triggers, flows, and lightning components / pages.Knowledge of SOQL / SQL.Experience in Wealth Management / Financial Services space.Diligent and detail-oriented.This role is ideal for a candidate who is looking to step into a leadership position, manage a growing team, and leverage their expertise in Salesforce and Practifi to drive successful implementation projects for the Dynasty Network Partners.
