Maintenance Associate
The Maintenance Department is responsible for health and safety issues and the upkeep and daily operations of the facilities on the Pearlstone campus. Pearlstone offers a full retreat center with several guest accommodation options, summer camp facilities, an organic farm operation, swimming pools, and more. Maintenance handles small carpentry repairs, minor plumbing and electrical issues, drywall and painting repairs, appliance maintenance, and time-sensitive requests from guests and staff. Branded apparel and / or nametags are provided and expected to be worn when large groups / events are on campus. Some evening and weekend hours may be required.

Working Conditions :
This is a non-exempt position with work hours Monday-Friday, with some travel and weekend work possible.

90 Day Check-In :
Ninety days from the first date of employment, there will be a check-in with your supervisor. An annual review will follow.
