Machine Operator (1st Shift – Rotating Schedule)

Schedule : Full-Time | 1st Shift | 6 : 00 a.m. – 6 : 00 p.m. | Rotating Schedule

About the Role :

We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Machine Operator to join our production team in Columbus Nebraska 68601 . This position operates on a rotating 12-hour schedule and offers hands-on experience in a clean, regulated manufacturing environment. If you have a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and prior manufacturing experience, we want to hear from you!

Pay & Schedule :

  • Pay Rate : $19.50 / hour
  • Shift : 1st Shift (C Shift) | 6 : 00 a.m. – 6 : 00 p.m.
  • Rotating Schedule :
  • Long Weekend : Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
  • Short Weekend : Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Perform routine production tasks , including filling, packing, labeling, assembling, and inspecting products.
  • Maintain accurate production records and logs in compliance with FDA , GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) , and ISO9000 standards.
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and quality standards.
  • Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed.
  • Report issues or irregularities to the Team Lead or Supervisor promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

    • Qualifications :

  • Required : High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
  • Ability to read, write, and interpret English instructions and specifications.
  • Basic math skills and ability to complete accurate production documentation.
  • Effective communication skills and teamwork mindset.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts , including weekends as scheduled.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and responsibilities.
