A company is looking for a Global Compensation COE Director.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the bi-annual pay planning cycle, focusing on data integrity and stakeholder communication
Manage high-impact compensation projects, including market-aligned pay ranges and pay equity analyses
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compensation communication strategies and enhance HR systems
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in global compensation and / or program management
Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Experience with data analysis and modeling, including complex compensation analysis
Strong understanding of SaaS job architecture and compensation market data
Experience with HR systems implementation or optimization, preferably Workday
