Overview
We're looking for a Sales Strategy and Operations Manager to be a trusted partner to our Sales and GTM leadership team. This role will own the systems, reporting, and insights that drive revenue growth, while also helping us scale processes, improve forecasting, and connect data across Marketing, Product, and Finance. The ideal candidate is equal parts analytical and strategic, comfortable building dashboards and providing forward-looking insights that shape company priorities.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain dashboards (Hex, Snowflake, Salesforce, etc.) to track pipeline, conversion, and revenue metrics.
Partner with sales leadership to improve forecasting accuracy and highlight risks / opportunities.
Manage CRM hygiene, workflows, and automation to ensure clean, reliable data.
Integrate website and product analytics (e.g., PostHog, Datadog) into sales reporting.
Support quota setting, compensation planning, and scenario modeling with clear data analysis.
