Job Description

The individual will lead the design, development, and implementation of system-specific IT strategies and operational plans. They will translate business and IT objectives into functional systems and provide technical leadership to project teams during evaluation, enhancement, and integration efforts. The role demands agility and problem-solving under time-critical deadlines.

The individual will champion the development and implementation of operational processes and policies that serve as the foundation for all service delivery and support. They will also act as a technical resource for the core IT technologies used by the company.

Candidates must possess a demonstrable technical and support skill set across multiple IT systems, along with extensive knowledge of installing, troubleshooting, and customizing Windows 11 operating systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate as the highest level of support escalation for IT support teams and perform incident and problem management until resolved
• Triage and work with all levels of IT to design problem solutions and assist with deployment of solutions as needed
• Conduct IT Project Management activities; assure project methodologies are followed, and projects are delivered on time / on-budget. May be responsible for participating in projects related to IS Security, server / database infrastructure, Network and end-user client solutions.
• Provide solution design and support services to project teams; aid the identification of technical requirements, establish Infrastructure solution designs, work with vendor management teams to procure and verify specifications of systems.
• Participate in IT Change Management processes; establish and maintain Change ticket tracking, coordination and reporting. Act as part of a global infrastructure team authority for changes.
• Create and maintain documentation related to Infrastructure architecture for workstations, application development and deployment activities, and training materials for IT colleagues.
• Document and maintain operational support procedures for Infrastructure operations.
• Perform asset management reporting, in support of IT Vendor Management and Financial process reporting
