This full-time, in-person role at either our Spotswood, NJ or Salt Lake City, UT campus puts you at the forefront of educational innovation. Here, you'll architect the systems that empower our Guides—frontline learning facilitators who transform how students engage with education.
Responsibilities
As a Leadership Coach, you will :
- Develop and lead a high-caliber team of Guides, equipping them with the skills to execute Alpha's innovative learning system with precision and excellence
- Engineer comprehensive Guide Playbooks that codify best practices for facilitation, learning activity design, and effective challenge resolution
- Deliver targeted, data-driven feedback to Guides that measurably enhances student engagement metrics and achievement outcomes
- Personally mentor a select cohort of students, demonstrating elite coaching techniques that serve as the gold standard for your team

Architect and implement a world-class Guide development system that consistently delivers Alpha's educational promises, ensuring every student experiences transformative learning outcomes that meet our uncompromising standards.
Basic Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need :
Bachelor's degree in any fieldMinimum 5 years of proven experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related fieldsVerifiable track record developing and implementing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiativesDemonstrated leadership capability in building and motivating high-performing teams to achieve exceptional resultsSubstantive experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental environmentsAdvanced proficiency in leveraging data analytics to drive continuous improvement and strategic decision-makingCommitment to working on-site at either our Spotswood, NJ or Salt Lake City, UT campusLegal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorshipAbout Alpha

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position with a compensation level of $75 USD / hour, which equates to $150,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
