Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all phases of construction operations focused on energy efficiency projects

Build and mentor high-performing construction teams, fostering an inclusive and safety-driven culture

Establish project management software for tracking schedules, budgets, and documentation across projects

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture

Minimum 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Design-Build or performance contracting

In-depth knowledge of AIA construction administration standards and OSHA safety compliance

Familiarity with NAESCO energy performance contracting principles
