The Luxury Home Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of custom home construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Job Description

Manage day-to-day onsite operations for custom luxury home builds. Lead scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and quality control. Interpret architectural plans, engineering reports, and design specifications. Ensure strict compliance with building codes, safety standards, and permitting requirements. Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, providing clear updates and maintaining strong client relationships. Proactively identify and resolve issues to avoid delays or cost overruns. Conduct final walkthroughs and ensure all punch list items are completed to exacting standards.

The Successful Applicant

7+ years of experience managing high-end residential construction projects. Deep understanding of the luxury custom home building process. Strong knowledge of South Florida building codes and permitting processes. Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and budgets effectively. Exceptional communication and leadership skills. High attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore, or similar). Florida General Contractor license or similar credential is a plus.
