General Superintendent Data Center Construction

Manages projects fully on-site

Coordinates internal teams

Communicates effectively, establishes and fosters relationships with project managers, architects, engineers and subcontractors

Does not just manage people but works with them

Assist in hiring and mentoring new employees

Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site

The successful applicant will have at least 10+ years of experience, experience in the superintendent role, experience in at least one Data Center Mission Critical, and ground up work experience needed. They should also be comfortable working with projects over $25 million and have good leadership skills.
