Healthcare & Life Sciences (HC&LS) Division : OurHealthcare & Life Science Division works across the highly innovative,complex healthcare sector, including pharmaceuticals & biotech, medicaltechnology, diagnostics, digital health & healthcare IT, healthcare B2B,providers, consumer health, and animal health. Problem Solving and Innovation

Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to address business challenges and capitalize on market opportunities.

Data Analysis

Analyze and interpret data to support commercial, pricing, and sales strategies, identify opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations.

Driving Project Excellence

Collaborate with project teams to drive various client engagements, including developing presentations, creating financial models, and contributing to client workshops.

Presentation Development and Delivery

Create compelling presentations and reports for clients, showcasing findings and recommendations in a clear and impactful manner, and engage in critical dialogue with clients.

Client Interaction

Gain exposure to client interactions by participating in meetings and workshops and leading discussions and presentations as appropriate.

Learning and Development

Engage in workshops and training sessions to enhance your consulting and business acumen, as well as your understanding of Simon-Kucher's methodologies.

Coaching and Mentorship

Lead and guide junior team members to develop innovative and actionable insights and recommendations using data, analytics, and research that delivers impactful recommendations for clients.

Your profile :

The pay for this position is $125,000 - $150,000 / yr plus apotential annual based performance bonus. Compensation may vary depending onrelevant experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs. We offera comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, 13 paid holidaysper year, medical / dental / vision insurance, basic life insurance, and 401(k) toeligible employees.
