Overnight Security Supervisor

Grand Hyatt DFW, located inside Dallas Fort Worth Airport Terminal D, is seeking an Overnight Security Supervisor to lead the overnight security team and ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests and colleagues. This role requires responding to emergencies, completing incident reports, and supervising security staff in the director's absence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise overnight security staff, providing leadership, direction, and support.
• Monitor hotel property, including entrances, exits, guest areas, and back-of-house spaces, to ensure safety and security standards are met.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, incidents, and guest or colleague concerns.
• Conduct routine safety and security inspections, documenting findings and addressing issues.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement, airport authorities, and emergency services as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with Hyatt policies, local laws, and TSA / airport regulations.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate security records.
• Train and coach team members on safety protocols, emergency response, and guest service.
• Assist in scheduling, staffing, and evaluating the overnight security team.
• Support other departments as needed while maintaining a visible security presence.
