We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team and support our hiring efforts!

This is an entry level position, it is great opportunity to kickstart your career in Human Resources while gaining practical, hands-on experience across the entire recruitment lifecycle. In this role, you'll be involved in all stages of the hiring process-from posting job openings and promoting roles on social media, to sourcing candidates, conducting phone screenings, coordinating interviews, and supporting the onboarding process. You'll also provide administrative support to the HR team, contributing to various departmental needs.

Responsibilities :

• Post job ads on various platforms and manage incoming applications.
• Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews.
• Determine employment eligibility through background checks, MVR, and drug testing.
• Work closely with hiring site managers / supervisors to gain an understanding of the their hiring needs.
• Coach hiring site managers / supervisors on recruitment practices.
• Assist in other administrative tasks.
