About Us :

The Pioneer Bakery Cafe, a collaborative effort between McArthurs Bakery Cafe and Lafayette Industries, is dedicated to providing a dynamic fast-casual training program. Our focus is on developing essential front-of-house and back-of-house skills for adults with intellectual disabilities. As we continue to grow, we are seeking passionate individuals to join our team in supporting this mission while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities :

  • Take and deliver customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
  • Assist with basic food preparation and beverage service.
  • Assist with restocking and replenishing inventory as needed.

    • Qualifications :

  • WEEKEND AVAILABILITY is a must
  • High energy and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and work as part of a team.
