We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Concierge to join our team, someone who is passionate about hospitality and excels in customer service.
  • Job Summary :
  • The Concierge is responsible for delivering outstanding service and support to guests and residents. This role requires a proactive individual who possesses extensive knowledge of local attractions, events, dining options, and services. The Concierge will act as a liaison between guests and various service offerings, ensuring that all requests are met with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Greet guests warmly and assist them with inquiries, reservations, and requests related to their stay.- Provide expert recommendations on local attractions, dining venues, entertainment options, and transportation services.- Assist in making reservations for dining, tours, spa services, and other activities.- Manage guest requests for special arrangements such as flowers, gifts, or transportation.- Stay updated on local events, promotions, and amenities to provide current information to guests.- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills.- Collaborate with other hotel departments (front desk, housekeeping, etc.) to ensure a seamless guest experience.- Maintain a neat and organized concierge desk and area.- Conduct regular inventory and ordering of concierge-related supplies and materials.- Uphold company standards and adhere to policies and procedures.
  • Qualifications :
  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management or related degree is a plus.- Previous experience in a concierge or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or luxury environment.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Proficient in using concierge software, property management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering excellent service.
