Job Overview

The Guest Service Representative acts as the hospital receptionist and responds in a gracious manner to all inquiries for patient information and hospital services. Provides direction to various hospital departments. Assists in the resolution of patient / visitor concerns and complaints. Other clerical duties will be performed as assigned to facilitate the operations of the department.

Qualifications

Required :

• High School diploma.
• One to three years prior experience in health care and / or customer service required. Clerical experience preferred :

Per Diem Day – Hours vary – Rotating Weekends
